Yoga Amidst Apricot Blossoms: As the apricot blossoms paint the orchards with hues of blush and white, participants gather each morning. Under the watchful gaze of the towering Himalayas, Hatha yoga with your teacher, Sneha, begins. The asanas flow like a dance of grace and strength, while the fragrance of blossoms infuses the practice with the very essence of the surrounding Himalayas.
The retreat will be held at Stok Palace in Ladakh where you will have the priceless opportunity to interact with the esteemed Ladakhi Royal family, delving into their illustrious 1000-year-old legacy and the timeless traditions and culture of Ladakh.
You will also share some yoga sessions with Her Highness Spalzes Wangmo, as she graciously joins us for a couple of sessions, offering a truly enriching experience.

Your teacher, Sneha, has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 12 years & has been a teacher for 7 years, after completing her instructor certification in Hatha & yoga philosophy. She has RYT 200 certification in Ashtanga and Yin yoga.
