Delhi | Agra | Taj Mahal | Fatehpur Sikri | Jaipur
The “Golden Triangle” is the nickname for the most popular destination in India’s north. The name comes from the three cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur, which, when connected by straight lines, become the Golden Triangle. In Indian terms, they are relatively close to one another – 125 to 155 miles (200 to 250km) apart.
This makes for a very manageable holiday where you can enjoy the Taj Mahal, wonderful bazaars and the heritage and architecture of Mughal and colonial times. If you have never visited India before, this is a great place to start.
